Services Terms & Conditions

1. Services

DH Website Services provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services. The scope of work is agreed prior to project commencement.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion before launch
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will be quoted and invoiced separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and brand materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Monthly hosting plans continue on a rolling basis until cancelled with 30 days written notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.
