You can delete your Fam & a Half account and its data at any time, on iPhone or Android.
Fam & a Half is made by DH Website Services.
In the app (quickest)
Open Fam & a Half and go to Settings.
Tap Your data, then Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.
You leave all your circles and your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email
[email protected]
from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Fam & a Half account".
We'll confirm it's your account, delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your account, name, email address and phone number.
Your location, battery level, journeys and history.
Check-ins, pick-up requests, SOS alerts and arrival checks.
What we keep
Audit records of safety and account events, with your identity removed.
Support conversations and crash reports, with your identity removed.
Places you added to a circle stay for the other people in it, no longer linked to you.
